No, I did, both times. I ignored it because it didn’t suit the intentions of my post, but now that you mention it, buttons have been pushed.

Like my bitch with J.K. Rowling, I feel that if you want something to happen in your movie, you need to put it IN your movie. I feel that, like "webisodes," alternate endings and director’s cuts, anything after the credits begin to roll is BONUS MATERIALS, and therefore does not count towards your movie.

I’m a Credit-Stayer, partly because I like looking for these BONUS MATERIALS, but also because I don’t like doing the cattle-chute shuffle past the garbage cans as everyone discusses how much their opinion of the movie differs from mine. In any case, I’ve seen lots of these BONUS MATERIALS, and aside from "Wild Things," I can’t think of any such BONUS MATERIALS that have altered or even contributed to the movie. (The one on "Master of Disguise" was better than the entirety of the movie, but was not part of the continuity, and thus completely disposable.

At "Dawn," the cattle kept shuffling out, then stopping whenever a new BONUS MATERIAL came up on the screen, never minding that they were standing right in front of Credit-Stayers. By the end of the credits there was a sea of people standing around the exit chute, annoying the crap out of both me and the Fire Marshall.

I guess I don’t really have a thesis here, so like many of my irrational complaints it will most likely end abruptly.
